General contractor
Work experience and professional staff capable of managing the complex construction activities enables the company “Strommontazh” to act as general contractor in any field of construction. We engage the third party organizations to perform work requiring a particular specialization or, in case we don’t have a required license, for example, in works to provide fire safety, gasification.
General contractor in our implementation represents the full range of building and engineering works according to technical requirements specification provided by a Customer or according to the design documentation developed by us and it provides the following types of work and conditions:
- Development and agreement of all the necessary project documents and approvals (if the work is started from the moment of requirements specification recieved);
- Development and optimization of the financial plan of construction;
- Scheduling and monitoring of the construction work;
- Selection of the contractors and monitoring their performance;
- Delivery of the materials and organization of the equipment performance;
- Actual work on building or reconstruction;
- Monitoring the maintenance of the construction technologies;
- Gauranteeing safety measures on the construction site;
- Commissioning of the object with the reception of all the required documents.
The performance of the duties of the general contractor by the company “Strommontazh” is repeatedly and successfully worked out. We performed and now are performing the role of the general contractor in the construction / reconstruction of the objects of “Kyivstar “, «MTS», “Simferopol pasta factory” etc.
