Realization of “turn-key” projects

Selection and registration of land lots with purpose of facility construction; land use redesignation (rezoning) assigned to “land for energy facilities”;
Obtaining of the full set of necessary permissions and conclusions on design works and technical requirements (on electric power, water, ecology, fire safety, etc.) at corresponding organizations and authorities;
Assistance in obtaining of the permission on tax-free import of energy saving equipment and its importing VAT release.

Implementation of pre-design works on facility integration to external engineering networks;
Implementation of the Feasibility Study (hereinafter FS) of power energy capacity output chart;
Implementation of the FS of thermal power output chart;
Implementation of the facility construction FS including analysis of equipment types and its manufacturers;
Analysis of possible variants of the facility location in accordance with certain requirements (electric and thermal networks, water supply, etc.);
Feasibility assessment of the optimal method of power energy purchase for the facility: selection and transfer to the independent supplier, independent purchase of power energy at the Wholesale Electricity Market (WEM) of Ukraine, etc.;
Feasibility assessment and execution of measures concerning facility transfer to the upper class of voltage.

Implementation and concordance of design works;
Obtaining of positive conclusions for all stages of the Project in corresponding expert authorities (SE “Ukrderzhbudexpertise”, SE “Expert & Technical Center” and other).

Obtaining of all necessary permissions for beginning of works implementation;
Providing a recommendations concerning selection of construction & installation organizations;
Technical control of the process of Project realization, quality of works, communication with services and supervisory organs;
Optimization of the process of work implementation and procurement of necessary materials and equipment.

Organization of measures related to completion of project realization: putting facility into operation, obtaining of the certificate of accordance or declaration stating that the facility is ready to be put into operation;
Licensing of all types of activity in power and heat energy;
Organizational assistance related to entering into all necessary contracts with SE “Energorynok”, TSO and DSO;
Providing of informatively-consultative services concerning Customer’s work as a licensee on WEM.
